We want you to love your House of Studs purchase. Eligible non-hygiene merchandise may be returned if it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with original tags and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced body jewelry and other hygiene-sensitive items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, except where required by law or if you received an incorrect or defective item.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives incorrect or defective, contact us promptly with your order information and photos so we can review the issue.

Return eligibility is determined by the item type and condition. Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.
